Delete Your Account

If you'd like to delete your Picklr Lab account and all associated data, follow the steps below. We process every request manually within 7 business days.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to emman@picklr.app from the email address you used to sign up.
2. Use the subject line: Delete My Picklr Lab Account
3. Include your registered email address in the message body so we can verify ownership.
4. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been removed.

What will be deleted

• Your account profile (email, display name, user ID)
• All sessions you've created (matches, scores, player names, court assignments)
• All contests and leaderboard entries you've submitted
• Any saved venues and location data tied to your account
• Authentication records (Apple Sign In / email-password credentials)

What may be retained

For legal, security, and operational reasons, we may retain the following in anonymized form:

• Aggregated, anonymized usage analytics (with no link back to your identity)
• Records required by law or for fraud prevention (retained up to 30 days)
• Backup snapshots, which are automatically purged within 90 days

Partial data deletion

If you'd like to delete specific data (e.g. a single session or contest) without deleting your entire account, you can do so directly inside the app — open the item, tap the menu, and choose Delete.
